About Stretch Is Comfort
I would first like to start by thanking you for visiting my website. I know that there are a gazillion internet stores out there and you taking the time to check out my products makes me feel really grateful.
I started Stretch Is Comfort in 2009 after deciding to stay home with my new baby. I always had a desire to start my own business, but going from a full time job with steady pay to no pay (at least for a long time) was too far of a leap for me. That decision was finally made for me when I got pregnant and I was told that my contract would expire right around my delivery date.
I first started out selling random things on Ebay. When I started selling one or two items a day (mainly unitards), I opened my own internet store (if you could call it that). To this day, I’m still in awe that people actually sent me money through that website. The pictures were so awful and there was absolutely nothing on that site that made me look legitimate. I did the best I could with what I had, which wasn’t much.
Through hard work and lots of sacrifice by my whole family, Stretch Is Comfort is slowly but consistently growing. I am constantly working on the quality and consistency of my products. I am also committed to manufacturing all my items in the US. I support schools and charities any chance that I get because those things make me happy.
My mission is to send you great active wear quickly, and at an affordable price. I’m working hard to expand my product line to provide you cute and sexy items that are still comfortable.

I usually ship out between one to three days as long as we have the item in stock. If you need the item by a certain day, please message me first to make sure that I have it in stock.
I send out international orders twice a week…Tuesdays and Fridays. I ship international orders via First Class mail, which does NOT provide tracking info. If you want tracking info, please ask for your order to be send via Priority mail (at an additional cost). Items may get held back in Customs, which may prolong the shipping time.
I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
I take returns within 30 days for a merchandise exchange as long as items have not been worn or washed. The item MUST come back to me clean so that I can sell it again.
This means ABSOLUTELY NO:
- Animal fur
- Deodorant stains or any other stains
I CANNOT exchange or refund any items that do not come back to me clean and new.
This is the only way I can continue to keep my prices low.
Please include the original packing slip when mailing an item back along with a note as to what you'd like to exchange it with so that I can process it quickly.
I cannot issue refunds except for special circumstances that have been agreed upon by myself and the buyer.
Returns have been taking me around 2 weeks to process.
